1) What is UPS Mobile App?
UPS Mobile App provides services for E-loading, Bills Payment and Remittance. ONE APP FOR 3 SERVICES! BE UNIFIED!

2) What user ID and password should I use?
Use your UPS user ID and password to log in to the UPS Mobile App. Once logged in, available services for your account will be displayed. If you do not have an account for UPS Mobile App, click Sign Up in the login page.

3) Why I can't use some services of UPS App?
UPS Mobile App provides different priveleges for every user. Example: Retailer account can use only e-loading services.

4) I want to upgrade my account to use all services. How can I do that?
For the meantime UPS Mobile APP cannot support account upgrading. But you can upgrade your account in our webtool.

5) How can I use E-Loading?
Follow the procedure below.
Once logged in, tap E-loading . On the tab given, select loading type you want to transact. Select provider on the dropdown selection. Once selected the service provider, For regular load type the amount, For special and prepaid load choose plancode. Type the 8 or 11 digit number Type your PASSWORD and Press Submit. A confirmation pop-up will be displayed. Press Cancel if you want to cancel transaction and Press OK to confirm.

6) How can I use Bills Payment?
Follow the procedure below.
Once logged in, tap Bills Payment. Choose biller to transact. Generated form will appear on screen and fill up the needed information. After completing the form, Press Submit . A bills payment summary pop-up will be displayed. Press Cancel if you want to cancel transaction and Press OK to confirm.

7) What can I do with the Remittance?
You can perform the following:
E-Cash to E-Cash E-Cash to SmartMoney E-Cash to Load Fund

8) How can I convert my E-Cash balance to Load Fund?
Follow the procedure below.
Once logged in, tap Remittance. On the tab given, select E-Cash to Load Fund. Type the amount you want to convert Press Submit and Confirm

9) How can I send E-Cash to E-Cash?
Follow the procedure below.
Once logged in, tap Remittance. On the tab given, select E-Cash to E-Cash. Type the DEALER CODE of the receiver. Type the amount you want to send Press Submit and Confirm


10) How can I send E-Cash to SmartMoney?
Follw the procedure below.
Once logged in, tap Remittance On the tab given, select E-Cash to SmartMoney Type the SMARTMONEY ACCOUNT NUMBER of the receiver Type the amount you want to send Press Submit and Confirm

11) How can I view my transaction?

UPS Mobile provide transaction logs for evert transaction made by the user. To view transactions, On the upper right corner tap the menu bar. On the selection, press View Logs .
